I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the Miami area, and am passionate about working with clients of all ages to help reduce stress, gain resilience, and improve quality of life in a holistic manner.

 

I am also a certified yoga teacher and specialize in managing the mind-body connection. 

 

Many clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, stuck in old patterns, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together.
